KYC Policy (Know-Your-Customer)
Last updated: January 01, 2026
1. Purpose
This Policy defines the framework through which Reddyannaidlogin and its Partner Platforms combat money laundering, terrorist financing, and identity fraud. While we are an informational platform, we promote transparency and compliance across our affiliate network.
2. Regulatory Alignment
Partners are expected to adhere to international standards such as the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendations and local laws like India’s PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act).
3. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Operators must verify each user’s identity through:
Government-issued ID (passport, Aadhaar, driver’s license)
Proof of address (utility bill < 3 months old)
Source of funds declaration for large transactions
Accounts remain restricted until verification is complete.
4. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
EDD applies to high-risk users such as politically exposed persons (PEPs) or those transacting above thresholds. Additional checks include manual review and third-party database screening.
5. Ongoing Monitoring
Partners must track unusual activity: rapid deposits and withdrawals, structuring, or login from multiple IPs.
Suspicious transactions trigger reports to relevant Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs).
6. Record Keeping
All verification documents and transaction records should be retained for at least five years after account closure. Storage must be encrypted and access-restricted.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and respond promptly to verification requests. Providing false or forged documents may lead to termination and referral to authorities.
8. Our Oversight Role
Reddyanna does not handle user funds but conducts periodic partner screening. Platforms failing to comply requirements are removed from our directory.
9. Reporting Mechanism
If you suspect illegal activity linked to any partner, report it via /contact/. Include transaction details, dates, and supporting evidence for investigation.
10. Data Protection
KYC data is processed per our Privacy Policy and Security Policy. We never disclose documents to unauthorized parties.
11. Training & Awareness
Our staff receive periodic training to identify fraud patterns, phishing attempts, and compliance updates.
12. Updates
We review this Policy annually to align with emerging risks and regulations. Latest version date appears above.
Summary: Strong KYC controls protect users and the integrity of our network. Compliance is a shared responsibility between reddyanna, partners, and users.
